Did you know that it is usually the responsibility of the bridal party to decorate the reception site? Make sure to include them in the planning so they know how you would like things to be done—or turn it over to them completely.
Did you know that the weather on your wedding day is supposed to “foretell” your future happiness? Bad weather signfies unhappiness, cloudy skies and wind signifies a stormy marriage, and snow is a sign of fertility and prosperity. Of course, since these “wives tales” are full of gloom and doom, there is no mention of sunny weather or clear skies.
