Party Favors

party favors

From the table bells to tote bags and everything in between, music-themed party favors can fill a cornucopia.

Musical instruments such as guitars, violins, saxophones, pianos or drums are popular party favors. They stand only a few inches tall and never need tuning!

Musical note key chains or bookmarks keep memories close. Guitar picks with appropriate engraving or embossing are usually welcomed by stringed-instrument players. Often, they get used, too! Bottle stoppers are available with a choice of notes or musical symbol and make great, inexpensive music-themed wedding favors.

If you want to lighten things up at the wedding party, pass out kazoos and have a ‘jam session’ of guests’ favorite songs.

Use musical score gift wrap on the wedding presents or party favors. Cake plates and decorative bowls can match the musical score adaptation, too.

Stationery

The music theme of a wedding begins for others when the wedding invitation is received. Introduce the guests to the theme with lightly embossed or watermark-embedded music, notes or sheet music stationery.

Include an excerpt of easily identified lyrics of the couple’s wedding song, giving proper copyright notice in small print at the bottom or on the back, of course.

Encompass the same design in the guest book, too, for continuity of the music theme.

Additional Touches

Consider musical score paper cups, serving tray sets, musical note balloons, music-oriented tinsel garlands, or napkins. Tie musical note ribbon around bouquets, in center pieces, around chairs, and anywhere else it is appropriate to bring the theme full circle.
